The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a strong plus, and offers flexible remote options within Colombia and Mexico. We value data-driven, ethical practices across the HR function.

Formación

• Experience in HR compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs in Latin America.
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Skilled in risk assessment, analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
