Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop and maintain organizational policies and ensure compliance with laws across LATAM, helping protect the company and enable sustainable growth.

In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams, implement data-driven compliance programs, and provide training to promote ethical practices. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience in HR compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs in LATAM region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
• Risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a regional HR compliance framework using data-driven systems to automate workflows and audit trails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed regulatory obligations into daily operations.
• Deliver targeted training to promote ethical business practices and compliance with local regulations.
