Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies across the Latin America region, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven practices, and support sustainable business growth while protecting the organization from legal and reputational risks.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance tools.
• Analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management with integrity.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement an HR compliance framework for LATAM.
• Collaborate with teams and auditors to embed regulatory obligations.
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor laws, and deliver targeted training.
