IQVIA is seeking an Assoc. Site Activation Manager (Study Start Up) to lead global site activation efforts for complex clinical trials. You will collaborate with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to accelerate patient enrolment and ensure timely study delivery.

You will shape activation strategies, navigate regulatory submissions, ethics approvals and contracting across multiple regions, while mentoring colleagues and driving process improvements within Global Study Leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in site activation, study start-up, regulatory affairs, clinical operations or related clinical research environment.
• Experience leading regional, multi-country or global site activation activities within CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech environments.

• Lead site activation activities from study award through activation to support patient enrolment and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and timelines.
• Partner with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to drive start-up, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, contracting and country activation.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory requirements and activation approaches across global markets.
• Manage study timelines, risks, budgets and operational performance, resolving critical path challenges.
• Build strong sponsor-site relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment across countries and regions.
• Support bid defence activities and study start-up strategy discussions for new opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.
