Job summary

AppGate Cybersecurity, Inc. seeks a Fraud Prevention Advisor to lead strategic fraud prevention conversations with financial institutions across Latin America, shaping tailored solution strategies and supporting new business and renewals.

You will translate fraud trend research into presentations and training, create client-ready content, represent the company at regional forums, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to inform positioning and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fraud prevention experience in a financial institution or risk solutions provider.
• Deep knowledge of digital fraud typologies affecting banks and fintechs.
• Experience leading strategy-level conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Experience creating and delivering fraud-related presentations and training.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy-level fraud prevention conversations with financial institutions.
• Partner with Sales and CS to close new business and secure renewals.
• Research emerging fraud trends affecting LatAm banks and fintechs.
• Create presentation material and training content for clients.
• Design fraud prevention training courses for internal teams and clients.
• Represent AppGate at regional fraud prevention forums.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing for roadmap.
• Travel across Latin America for client meetings.
