PayJoy is seeking a Finance Lead for Colombia and Panama to partner with the Finance Director Latam. You will model budgets, forecast performance, and support debt investors while coordinating with the FP&A team in the US. The role drives regional planning and KPI reporting across markets.

You will work with the regional GM to assess partnership opportunities, ensure consistency in local GAAP vs US GAAP, and support audits and financial controls. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering.
• 5+ years in finance roles with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with Colombian and Panamanian market and regulation.
• English professional proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Support ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and modeling for budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop financial models for budgeting, health of the company, and pricing.
• Model value of future partnership opportunities with regional GM.
• Assist with monthly budget vs. actuals analysis of cash flows.
• Reconcile Local GAAP vs US GAAP with accounting.
• Assist accounting in the audit process.
• Validate taxes paid and support payments to merchants.
