Rapyd is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee its LATAM operations, based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will act as a high-level expert, guiding local teams in regulatory compliance and leading the design of compliance frameworks across several countries in the region.

This role requires a strategist who can successfully navigate the complexities of regulatory environments while ensuring compliance with SAGRILAFT and other local regulations. Your responsibilities will include coaching, governance leadership, and the optimization of compliance policies.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of SAGRILAFT and compliance requirements in the fintech sector.
• Experience in navigating complex regional regulatory landscapes.
• Ability to design scalable compliance frameworks for multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic regional advisory and coaching to local compliance teams.
• Serve as the appointed Compliance Officer and lead statutory ownership.
• Act as a regulatory liaison with supervisory authorities in Colombia and Panama.
• Conduct systemic risk assessments for LATAM operations.
• Support policy optimization and documentation.
