Job summary

Rapyd is seeking a Regional Tax Manager based in Bogotá to lead and scale the tax function across LATAM on a hybrid basis. You will be the region's primary tax advisor, partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations, and manage transfer pricing, compliance, and audits while developing the tax team.

The role requires 8–10 years of tax leadership, deep LATAM/Colombia tax knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Law, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional tax operations across LATAM jurisdictions including Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and others.
• Serve as primary tax advisor to Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations, translating tax regulations into actionable business guidance.
