Cobre is seeking a Compliance & Due Diligence Analyst in Colombia to lead SARLAFT/SAGRILAFT controls and serve as the designated Compliance Officer before regulatory authorities. You will oversee counterparty due diligence, ongoing reviews, and be the main contact for compliance matters in Colombia.

Responsibilities include due diligence, screening against international and local lists, policy enhancements, regulatory reporting, and risk assessments, with a focus on integrity and data

Qualificações

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, AML/CFT, or Risk — including at least 1 year in a role eligible to serve as Compliance Officer under Colombian regulation (banking, fintech, or payments sector).
• Knowledge of SARLAFT, SAGRILAFT, PTEE and the Colombian regulatory framework.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Advanced level of English

Responsabilidades

• Counterparty due diligence including onboarding, reviews, and identifying UBOs.
• Screening against sanctions lists, PEPs, adverse media, UIAF/SFC lists.
• Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of SARLAFT/SAGRILAFT and PTEE controls.
• Prepare internal compliance reports and support regulatory filings (STRs/UIAF).
• Identify new typologies, regulatory updates, and risk assessments.
