Jeeves, a groundbreaking financial operating system, is seeking a detail-oriented KYC/B Onboarding Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia. This full-time hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in our Parque de la 93 office, with the rest remote as the team collaborates across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM.

You'll review applications, ensure compliance, and build AI-powered automations to streamline onboarding while maintaining rigorous controls and audit trails across regions.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or a strong academic background in finance, law, or business.
• Fintech/Bank/financial institution experience desirable or AML concepts familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process KYC/KYB applications across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM, ensuring documentation meets regional compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and prioritize your ticket queue in HubSpot, keeping pipeline stages up to date and escalating blockers as needed.
• Automate the onboarding flows: use Claude and internal tools to build, test, and maintain automations for repetitive review, data gathering, and reporting steps.
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows while safeguarding controls and audit trails.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Account Management teams to resolve escalated cases.
