BairesDev is seeking a Lead Security Engineer (Kubernetes) to direct the security architecture and strategy for our cloud environments. You will shape controls across multi-cluster systems and guide engineering teams toward secure infrastructure designs from a remote, globally distributed setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security engineering, deep Kubernetes security expertise, and hands-on IaC with Terraform or Helm, plus AWS/EKS experience and CI/CD tooling.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Cloud Security.
• Expertise in Kubernetes security and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Helm.
• Experience with AWS, EKS and CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and security governance experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the security accreditation architecture and define the technical direction for highly secure cloud environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for container orchestration platforms and infrastructure code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and security awareness.
• Drive cross-functional compliance and governance initiatives to meet stringent industry and regulatory standards.
• Automate security verification and integration processes within the deployment lifecycle to ensure continuous compliance.
