BairesDev is seeking a Senior Kubernetes & Golang Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native systems and platform infrastructure. You will be a key technical contributor ensuring scalable, reliable containerized environments and efficient workloads.

The role requires 5+ years in software or related fields with strong Go, Kubernetes, and CRD experience. 100% remote with competitive USD compensation and flexible hours.

Formación

• 5+ years in Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes CRDs and custom controllers.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking and storage interfaces (CNI/CSI).
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement custom Kubernetes controllers and operators.
• Develop high-performance Go-based microservices.
• Configure and optimize cluster networking and storage interfaces.
• Architect and deploy infrastructure to support RAG workloads.
• Collaborate with teams to improve platform reliability and delivery pipelines.
