Formación

• Experience as Scrum Master in security-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to remove blockers and drive sprint velocity.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for a security-focused team (planning, daily standups, reviews, retros).
• Remove blockers and improve team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with security priorities.
• Foster collaboration between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
