AgileEngine, a leader in software development, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support Kubernetes operations and GitOps workflows. You will manage clusters using GitLab/ArgoCD, automate tasks with Bash, and collaborate across teams to upgrade components.

AWS/EKS experience is a strong plus as part of a modern, cloud-first environment. You will contribute to open-source deployments, refine change processes, and ensure smooth integrations in a remote-friendly, fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as Kubernetes Administrator / DevOps / SRE or similar roles.
• Experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Experience with Git and GitOps.
• Experience with ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with open-source Kubernetes ecosystem (Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Flux, or Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading clusters, and deploying open-source components.
• Refine processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes across teams.
• Use GitLab and ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployments and document/automate workflows with Bash or scripting languages.
• Clear backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates and configurations.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and open-source components.
• Improve Kubernetes change processes and automate operational workflows.
