Vicious Biscuit is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to rotate across back-of-house stations—sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing—keeping quality high and the kitchen running smoothly.

You’ll prep and cook to recipe, monitor temperatures, plate to presentation standards, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. This role offers a morning shift, no nights, seven days a week, with paid training, health insurance options, employee discount, and growth opportunities as we expand.

Formación

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available to work weekends.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality.
• Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps.
• Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures.
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to keep service flowing
