inDrive is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist for its Ride Hailing operations in Colombia. This role emphasizes quantitative rigor, data power-user capabilities, and cross-functional execution to balance marketplace dynamics.

You will analyze production data, interpret dashboards, and leverage AI models to accelerate reporting and decision-making while ensuring country-level realities inform strategy.

Formación

• 1+ year in Ride Hailing or high-growth marketplaces with data exposure.
• Proficient in SQL to run ad-hoc analyses and data queries.
• Experience interpreting dashboards (Tableau) and KPI tracking.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to scale analyses.
• Executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• English and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Query production databases directly with SQL and investigate anomalies.
• Interpret BI dashboards to track KPIs, unit economics, conversion funnels, and driver retention.
• Use LLMs to analyze scenarios, structure analytical frameworks, and accelerate reporting.
• Translate data into operational adjustments and country-level trade-offs.
• Coordinate with Product, PR, Government Relations, Safety, and HQ with clarity and rigor.
• Defend local operational realities with evidence to regional stakeholders.
• Own initiatives end to end and clear roadblocks when needed.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational growth, marketplace balance, and cross-functional execution for our Ride Hailing business in Colombia.

This is a heavily quantitative role. You are a data power-user who queries production databases with SQL, navigates complex Tableau environments, and uses AI models like Claude and Gemini to move faster. You also bring the communication clarity and authority to align cross-functional teams, defend local operational realities with evidence, and make sure decisions actually land on the ground.

What you will do

Data analytics and quantitative rigor

• Query production databases directly with SQL. Run complex ad-hoc analyses (joins, aggregations, conditional logic) and investigate supply and demand anomalies independently, without waiting on a centralized analytics team.
• Interpret existing BI dashboards to track core KPIs, unit economics, conversion funnels, and driver retention metrics in real time.
• Use LLMs (Claude, Gemini) as daily force multipliers to analyze operational scenarios, structure analytical frameworks, and accelerate reporting.
• Translate raw data into concrete operational adjustments and country-level trade-offs.

Cross-functional alignment and communication

• Coordinate with Product, PR, Government Relations, Safety, and Regional HQ with clarity, rigor, and assertiveness.
• Defend local operational realities in front of regional stakeholders using structured logic and hard evidence.
• Own initiatives end to end. When cross-departmental projects stall, step in to align incentives and clear roadblocks.

Market sensitivity

• Keep a pragmatic pulse on local market dynamics so operational strategy stays responsive to what is actually happening in Colombia.

What we are looking for

• 1+ years in Ride Hailing, Tech Operations, Business Intelligence, or high-growth marketplaces, with continuous exposure to data.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL. You write and run your own queries against relational databases.
• Proven quantitative fluency: business intelligence, data interpretation (Tableau), and quantitative decision-making.
• Fluency using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to scale analytical throughput and personal efficiency.
• Executive presence. You can articulate complex data points clearly, negotiate priorities with peer departments, and align regional stakeholders around local execution goals.
• Pragmatism over noise. You focus on facts, impact, and root causes rather than surface metrics or speculation.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
