Hitachi Energy in Bogotá is seeking a skilled Legal & Integrity professional to guide corporate and commercial matters, manage contracts, and drive compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a range of regulatory issues, ensuring alignment with company policies.

The role emphasizes integrity, governance, and business support, with exposure to international operations.

Formación

• Degree in Law with a valid professional license to practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, contract analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts under appropriate guidance.
• Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of corporate documents and regulatory filings.
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance and integrity programs.
• Help ensure adherence to corporate integrity requirements, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and conflict of interest policies.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Support internal investigations related to business conduct and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on legal matters in Colombia.
• Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.
• Provide practical legal guidance to support business activities and decision-making.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Join our Legal & Integrity team and help support business operations through legal guidance, contract management, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
