Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is a global leader in international education with operations across multiple countries. We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing, collect inputs, and ensure accurate data handling for ADP Celergo and other providers.

The role requires 1+ year of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and high attention to detail, with excellent English communication to collaborate with international colleagues and providers.

Formación

• 1+ year of payroll processing experience.
• Proficient in English (C1+).
• Strong Excel skills, data manipulation and validation.
• Ability to handle high-volume data with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll processing across assigned countries, entities, and cycles.
• Collect payroll inputs from HRIS and business teams (new hires, leavers, changes).
• Extract, clean, validate, format data for ADP Celergo and other providers.
• Upload or submit accurate payroll input files before cut-off dates.
• Review payroll outputs against source data and prior periods; investigate discrepancies.
• Support off-cycle payments, corrections, and retroactive adjustments under the Global Payroll Manager.
• Use Excel for large data sets, lookups, formulas, pivots, data validation.
• Respond to routine payroll queries and refer complex matters to the Manager.
• Build strong relationships across countries, cultures, and time zones.
