Publicis Global Delivery in Bogotá is seeking an Int Finance Analyst to join a close-knit Finance team. You will handle accounting and FP&A activities, supporting the Finance Director with monthly results and reconciliations.

The role requires 2-3 years in finance, strong Excel and ERP experience (Hyperion/Advertmind), and excellent communication. Collaboration with operations is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years of Finance experience preferred, FP&A focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and results oriented.
• Ability to deliver accurate, timely work product.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day financial operations: payroll, billing, month-end close entries, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, P&L analysis, overheads control and performance tracking.
• Prepare and analyze local finance submissions for month-end accruals.
• Provide insight and reporting to Finance Director on monthly results.
• Review actuals vs. budget with Local Operations for flux analysis.
• Oversee internal control processes and FMC reporting accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Overview

As a Int Finance Analyst at Publicis Global Delivery, you will work within a close‑knit team of Operations and Finance professionals and interact regularly with other departments in the organization. You will be involved in executing both Accounting and Financial Planning activities. These duties require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, maturity, and independent judgment. The person must possess strong interpersonal and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day financial operations within the company: payroll, billing, month end close journal entries, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, P&L analysis, and other operational finance tasks such as overheads control, performance tracking, and transaction analysis.
• Prepare and analyze local finance submission to ensure accurate month end accrual prior to submission to accounting.
• Provide insight, analysis and reporting to Finance Director on actual monthly results.
• Review actuals against budget/forecast with Local Operations team to provide details for flux analysis.
• Supervise the control internal process and ensure the accuracy of FMC Reporting.
• Continuous improvement of Operations financial reporting process and business requirements evolve.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Special projects may arise for Finance or related programs

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Finance experience preferred preferably in Accounting and FP&A
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Thrives and works well with others in fast‑paced, highly demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and results focused.
• Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate and timely work product.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
• Hyperion, and Advertmind or other Accounting ERPs experience preferred.
