EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Junior Data Analyst to investigate and document database structures, help craft data models, and ensure alignment with business needs, policies, and regulatory obligations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and data architects, apply data governance and privacy standards, and contribute to scalable, reliable data solutions.

This role provides exposure to international projects, ongoing learning, and growth within EPAM’s diverse global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Data Science.
• 1+ year experience as Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on DB experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• NoSQL knowledge and JSON data modeling experience.
• Data governance, privacy, and regulatory awareness.
• Effective communication and collaboration in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Study existing database architecture and data flows.
• Document current schemas, data dictionaries, and lineage.
• Propose refinements for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and engineers to model data.
• Ensure models follow best practices and can scale.
