Gallagher in Medellín is seeking a Junior Collections Analyst to support the secure handling of client funds and maintain strong client relationships. You will be the main contact for payment queries and ensure timely processing of transactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or credit control, fluent in Spanish and English, and a Bachelor's degree in a numerical field. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and accuracy.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, credit control, or client interaction.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in a numerical subject.
• Ability to manage financial transactions with precision and explain issues clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with focus on client service.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for clients, addressing payment-related queries and ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Manage client accounts to ensure timely collection and payment of funds, resolving issues proactively.
• Monitor financial metrics like debt, funding, and unallocated cash using reporting tools to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile daily cash transactions, calculate exchange rates, and raise payments promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
