Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Junior Business Associate to join our LATAM Business Development team in Colombia. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential clients and partners within the CFD trading ecosystem, developing your sales skills in a fast-paced international environment.

You'll work closely with senior team members, build a high-quality sales pipeline, conduct market research, and participate in the full commercial cycle while learning about trading products, platforms, and risk

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in sales, business development or similar commercial role.
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, FX, or CFDs.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential IBs, CPA partners, influencers, and direct clients across LATAM.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Myfxbook, social media, databases, cold calls, and email.
• Qualify prospects based on potential, market presence, experience, and fit.
• Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate records throughout the sales process.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior BD team members and support them during meetings.
• Research market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify opportunities.
• Share insights from outreach to improve commercial strategies.
• Develop understanding of trading products, platforms, tools, and associated risks.
• Maintain CRM records, contact histories, and sales pipelines.
• Participate in BD team meetings, training, coaching, and learning initiatives.
• Follow all applicable compliance and internal procedures.
• Business travel and events may be available based on needs and performance.
