Ecosi in Floridablanca, Colombia is seeking a Junior BIM Modeler (Architect or Civil Engineer) to join our growing team. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on BIM experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools, and a path to advance under guidance from senior BIM professionals.

You'll contribute to drafting, modeling, and documentation for architectural projects, while collaborating with US clients in an international environment and enjoying a balanced hybrid work model.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 6 months to 2 years of Revit experience in architectural projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Basic BIM workflows, construction documentation.
• Create and modify architectural models/drawings.
• English proficiency: B1 or higher.
• Familiar with ACC or other CDEs.
• Basic Scan-to-BIM or point cloud knowledge.
• Rendering tools: Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion.
• Knowledge of US/Canada construction docs standards.
• Exposure to BIM automation tools (Dynamo).

We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeler (Architect or Civil Engineer) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their BIM career who is eager to learn and develop professionally.

Requirements

Required experience

- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- 6 months to 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in architectural projects (internships or professional experience are welcome).

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and SketchUp.

Must Qualifications

- Basic understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.

- Ability to create and modify architectural models and drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience creating or modifying parametric Revit families.

- English proficiency: B1 or higher.

- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other Common Data Environments.

- Basic knowledge of Scan-to-BIM or point cloud workflows.

- Familiarity with rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.

- Basic understanding of U.S. or Canadian construction documentation standards.

- Exposure to Dynamo or other BIM automation tools.
