A global technology consulting firm in Colombia is seeking a committed BIM Modeler to drive digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering and has at least 1 year of experience with BIM software like Revit and Navisworks. Responsibilities include providing consultancy, ensuring project compliance with standards, and leading workshops. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth in a dynamic work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a big plus.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with BIM software and modeling tools.
• Experience delivering projects using BIM methodologies.

Challenges and Responsibilities

• Provide business development consultancy and support to our clients.
• Be responsible for ensuring that projects are organized and executed consistently according to company standards and processes.
• Attend customer meetings and help to lead workshops.
• Perform BIM Audits to ensure consistency with Client BIM Requirements and Standards.
• Improve existing client BIM Standards and Guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a big plus.
• +1 year of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools.
• Experience delivering projects following BIM methodologies and best practices.
• Technical knowledge: BIM software experience (Revit/Navisworks).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
