IntouchCX is seeking bilingual English and French speakers for an on-site premium customer service campaign in Bogotá. You will join a luxury jewelry brand and handle customer inquiries with a focus on service excellence.

Residency in Bogotá is required. 2 days off per week, paid training, and premium equipment are provided to support your professional growth in a global luxury brand environment.

• Previous customer service experience
