Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Java Tech Lead to guide a team building cloud-based services with Spring Boot and AWS. You will stay hands-on in code while steering technical decisions and ensuring best practices across the engineering team.

Expect to lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable solutions using DynamoDB, Aurora, and Kinesis. Excellent communication in English is required, with 100% remote work available globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on work with AWS services such as ECS, Fargate, Kinesis, DynamoDB, or Aurora.
• Background reviewing code and guiding technical decisions for a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
