BairesDev is hiring a Senior AWS Cloud Architect to design enterprise-scale cloud infrastructures on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and high performance. You will guide architecture decisions, define landing zones, and implement automation using IaC and containerization.

You will lead engineering teams, mentor peers, and align with stakeholders to drive cloud initiatives across global projects. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Architecture or senior technical roles.
• Proven AWS design/implementation experience at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on IaC and containerization with Kubernetes.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Senior AWS Cloud Architect at BairesDev

As a Senior AWS Cloud Architect, you will design and implement enterprise-scale cloud infrastructures to support robust business operations. You will serve as a strategic guide, ensuring that cloud environments are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-performance workloads.

What You'll Do

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.


• Define landing zones, multi-account structures, and governance frameworks across enterprise environments.


• Implement infrastructure as code and containerization strategies to automate and streamline system deployments.


• Conduct high-level reviews of cloud systems to optimize performance, scalability, and resource utilization.


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams while driving alignment with key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, DevOps Engineering, or a related senior technical role.


• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS.


• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization using Kubernetes.


• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring skills, and experience with stakeholder alignment.


• Advanced proficiency in English.
