Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java Tech Lead to own a reactive, event-driven platform, driving architecture, API contracts, and DDD across the team. You will mentor engineers, shape requirements with stakeholders, and steer deployment practices, CI/CD, on cloud and Kubernetes environments.

You will lead cross-team efforts, integrating frontend apps with Spring Reactive microservices, and set standards for testing, observability, and security while working in a fully remote global team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot with Spring Reactive.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable messaging platform.
• Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Background in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English for cross-team leadership and customer discussions.
