Jobtailor is seeking a skilled engineer to back-end develop with Java and Spring Boot while also delivering mobile frontends using React Native. You will design scalable RESTful APIs, integrate databases, and ensure security and performance across distributed services.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to architecture, reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Formación

• Strong experience in backend development with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in mobile frontend development with React Native.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and/or non-relational databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating systems.
• Familiarity with source code version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and application security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support the project implementation team to ensure objectives and deliverables are met.
• Serve as a technical point of reference, guiding and supporting developers.
• Ensure best development practices, design standards, quality, security, and performance.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java.
• Efficiently integrate relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Work with tools and frameworks in the Java ecosystem, such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Create and maintain mobile applications with React Native.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services.
• Ensure compatibility with iOS and Android platforms and a range of devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Implement unit and integration tests.
• Monitor and optimize frontend and backend application performance in production.
• Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
• Research and propose new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
