Full-Stack Developer (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React)

We are building the industry’s first Agentic LOS Engine, a multi‑agent, AI‑driven platform designed to enhance onboarding, credit, KYB, KYC, and AML decisioning for banks, credit unions, and fintechs. Our platform combines Java‑based microservices, modern React interfaces, multi‑agent orchestration, hybrid RAG retrieval, and real‑time data vendor integrations to deliver transparent, auditable, and configurable decision‑making. We work closely with regulatory advisors, compliance leaders, and top financial institutions to define the future of intelligent risk orchestration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack software development, ideally with exposure to fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong Backend Skills: Proven experience building backend systems with Java.
• English Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English (C1 or C2) is mandatory.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment.
