Applaudo seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end delivery across web, mobile, backend services, APIs, and integrations. You will develop and maintain React.js and React Native apps, design scalable backend services, and manage data flows with databases in a cloud environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in full-stack delivery.
• Proven production experience with React.js and React Native for web/mobile.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments and production practices.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and iterate across web, mobile, backend, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain React.js and React Native applications.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and external services.
• Own technical decisions across the development lifecycle for reliability and maintainability.
• Contribute to platform architecture and overall technical health.
• Support cloud infrastructure, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to automate internal processes via technology and integrations.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development velocity.
• Iterate solutions based on usage and evolving business needs.
• Escalate when additional specialized expertise is required for platform growth.
