EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Java Developer with Angular to join our team in Colombia to support remediation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise applications.

You will develop backend Java/Spring code and maintain front-end components with Angular as needed. You will analyze security findings, upgrade libraries, and implement secure fixes while collaborating with QA, product stakeholders, and other teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Angular.
• Experience analyzing security findings and remediating vulnerabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities across the applications.
• Develop, modify, and maintain backend functionality using Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Maintain and update front-end functionality using Angular.
• Investigate existing code and implement solutions that address vulnerabilities without impacting business functionality.
• Upgrade vulnerable libraries, frameworks, and dependencies.
• Perform code-level remediation based on security findings and secure development practices.
• Troubleshoot issues resulting from security fixes, dependency upgrades, or existing implementations.
• Write clean, secure code across backend and front-end components.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of implemented fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product stakeholders, and other team members.
