• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out candidates’ screenings and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with attention to detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels.
