Coupa is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to architect and manage our enterprise cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure while delivering white-glove support to executives. You will ensure security, cost-efficiency, and deep integration with business workflows.

Responsibilities include governance, executive triage, vulnerability management, spend analysis, vendor collaboration, and automation of provisioning processes. Join a global team driving impactful IT operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.
• Executive presence to support high-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and governance of multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, and Azure).
• Provide high-touch executive support and triage complex service tickets.
• Own enterprise vulnerability management and patch cycles.
• Manage cloud licensing and spend with ROI reporting.
• Partner with vendors to influence roadmaps and resolve issues.
• Develop quarterly reviews on infrastructure health and spend forecasts.
• Design automated provisioning workflows and escalation paths.
