Coupa Software Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to architect and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will provide white-glove support to executives, drive security, and optimize cloud spend while aligning with business workflows.

Responsibilities include governance, vulnerability management, and automation of provisioning. A strong background in SaaS operations and executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.
• Executive presence to support and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise, Anthropic Console, and SSO/SAML (Okta).
• Analytical maturity for data visualization and spend management.
• Understanding of evolving cloud and security landscapes, including LLM security.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and governance of multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Provide high-touch, white-glove support for leadership and triage tickets.
• Own enterprise vulnerability management across cloud and on-prem systems.
• Manage cloud licensing and spend, analyze usage patterns and ROI.
• Liaise with Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft to influence roadmaps.
• Develop quarterly reviews for infrastructure health, spend, and security metrics.
• Design automated provisioning workflows and escalation paths.
