Auxis is seeking a Change Manager to oversee the end-to-end IT Change Enablement lifecycle, balancing operational risk with business priorities. You will chair CAB/ECAB meetings, assess risks, ensure policy compliance, and drive improvements in release management across infrastructure and applications.

With 3–5 years in IT operations and 2+ years in ITIL Change Enablement, you will guide teams, manage calendars, and track KPIs while staying current with CI/CD and cloud deployments.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or related field, incl. 2+ years in ITIL Change Enablement/Change Management.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and managing change or release calendars.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement and Release Management practices.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, HPSM, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end IT Change Enablement process, reviewing Standard, Normal, and Emergency RFCs.
• Chair and facilitate CAB and ECAB meetings to evaluate complex and high-risk changes.
• Assess risks, dependencies, schedule conflicts, and potential business impacts using the Forward Schedule of Change.
• Ensure compliance with change management policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for failed or rolled-back changes and drive improvements.
• Provide training and guidance on change policies, emergency procedures, and documentation.
• Track KPIs such as change success rate, unauthorized changes, and emergency change ratios.
• Manage change and release calendars while coordinating priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with relevant technologies, IT processes, and modern deployment practices.
