Abbott is seeking a Business Systems Specialist (IT) in Bogotá, Colombia. You will serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technology solutions and provide end-to-end support for the Vaisala ViewLinc application within Abbott Medical Devices IT.

The role focuses on analyzing processes, defining requirements, developing business cases, and maintaining system health, including user access provisioning and Level 2 support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in IT systems support or business analysis.
• Experience translating business needs into solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ticket management or application administration is preferred.
