TOPPAN Security in Colombia seeks an Inventory & Cost Control Specialist to safeguard inventory integrity across materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will manage inventory transactions, reconcile orders, and drive cost analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to improve accuracy, report KPIs, and support cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong internal controls and ERP data integrity.

Formación

• Experience in inventory control and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ERP-based inventory and cost processes.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Inspect cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Close manufacturing work orders and analyze production variances.
• Prepare cost reports and support month-end closing.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and reporting accuracy.
