adidas Group in Bogotá is seeking a Team Lead Inventory Accounting to oversee reconciliation operations, month-end closings, and KPI reporting. The role requires strong leadership, SAP FI experience, and collaboration with global finance, GBS, and supply chain teams.

You will coach and develop the team, ensure internal controls, and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes while aligning with global standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or comparable professional education.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance; inventory accounting preferred.
• At least 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong accounting knowledge and people-management experience.
• Proficient with SAP FI; knowledge of SAP MM and inventory processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Inventory Accounting team through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily reconciliation operations, ensuring SLA adherence and consistent service.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities related to inventory accounting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Build strong relationships with global finance, GBS, and supply chain teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs for reconciliation accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives; lead root-cause analyses.
