Publicis Sapient LATAM Learning & Development team seeks a motivated student to support training programs across the region. You will organize sessions, track KPIs, monitor attendance, and create engaging visuals with Canva, collaborating with the L&D team to drive growth and learning initiatives.

Ideal candidates are currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Economics, with English at B2 level and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Economics.
• Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant).
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VlookUps.
• No prior professional experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the L&D and HR fields.
• Curiosity about AI applications in HR and organizational learning.
• Interest in creating impactful programs that support organizational growth.

Responsabilidades

• Organize training sessions and ensure smooth operations for all programs.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure training effectiveness.

This is a direct Publicis Sapient role, embedded within our LATAM Learning & Development team. You will be working hand in hand with our Learning & Talent Development Manager for LATAM, supporting initiatives that shape the way our people learn, grow, and succeed.

This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a particular interest in AI, HR, and traning programs creation for organizations.

Your Impact

• Organize training sessions and ensure smooth operations for all programs
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness
• Monitor attendance and participation in learning initiatives
• Assist in creating visually engaging materials using design tools like Canva
• Collaborate with team members on different L&D projects and regional initiatives
• Support the development of content and resources for training programs
• Manage and update databases to keep accurate records of certifications and progress

Your Skills & Experience

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Economics
