Coupa is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and maintain best-in-class eLearning, ILT, and vILT content for role-based training across customers, partners, and employees. The role emphasizes translating complex concepts into clear learning materials and collaborating with global stakeholders.

You will design engaging content, manage end-to-end development projects, and utilize tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia to ensure high-quality training experiences.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical training.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning content and documentation.
• Proficient with instructional design methodologies and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical training, ideally in a SaaS/software environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning content and documentation.
• Proficient with instructional design methodologies and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• BA/BS in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, with excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.
