Coupa Software Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and maintain best-in-class eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual content that supports role-based training for customers, partners, and employees.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, design engaging learning offerings, and leverage multimedia tools to deliver scalable training across multiple modalities, ensuring quality and consistency with Coupa's guidelines.

Formación

• 2+ years of curriculum management, learning experience, and/or instructional design experience in a corporate training environment at a SaaS/software company.
• 2+ years of experience with building technical product training or technical documentation.
• BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or another relevant field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design process, knowledge transfer methods, curriculum, and taxonomy.
• Experience with a variety of applications (Microsoft Office) and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information and convert it into easily understandable and engaging learning content.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and develop media-rich, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a sense of ownership and the ability to successfully execute on deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design and develop effective learning offerings that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers, partners and employees.
• Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful learning assets.
• Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders.
• Leverage various multimedia approaches and authoring tools to create interactive online learning experiences.
• Create and update curriculum to be delivered in multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training.
• Ensure course materials meet quality standards and align with writing and style guidelines.
• Effectively own content development projects and collaborate with SMEs, curriculum managers and other internal stakeholders, as well as ILT content delivery teams.
