MaidThis is a growing residential cleaning company with a fully remote sales and operations team. You will understand customer needs, recommend the right service, and guide them to booking while ensuring accurate documentation for the operations team.

We seek a phone salesperson who can move conversations toward a booking, handle price objections, and persistently follow up while protecting customer relationships. 2+ years of experience and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based sales experience.
• Experience moving prospects from inquiry to purchase/booking.
• Experience working toward sales, revenue, conversion, or closing targets.
• Strong spoken English that U.S. customers can easily understand.
• Comfortable working across CRM, calls/texts, Slack, and browser-based tools.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and sales inquiries quickly.
• Run consultative sales calls.
• Understand the customer's home, priorities, timing, and service needs.
• Quote accurately.
• Recommend recurring service when appropriate.
• Handle objections.
• Ask for the booking and payment information.
• Follow up on open opportunities until there is a clear outcome.
• Own your leads from first contact through booking or close-out.
• Keep CRM stages, notes, tags, and next steps accurate.
• Run outbound follow-up and reactivation calls/texts.
• Surface problems or missed opportunities early instead of waiting for a manager to find them.
• Capture the details operations needs to successfully complete the job.
• Follow our required call process and sales gates.
• Never promise something you have not verified.
• Leave clear notes so another team member can understand exactly what was agreed.

Base: $1,200-$1,500/month + performance bonus | Long-term growth opportunity

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time
Must be available for a permanent Saturday-Wednesday or Sunday-Thursday schedule.

The Person We’re Looking For

You are an experienced phone salesperson who knows how to move a conversation toward a decision.

You do not just answer questions or provide customer service.

You:

• Ask good questions and understand what the customer actually needs
• Recommend the right solution
• Handle normal price hesitation and objections confidently
• Ask for the booking
• Follow up persistently without being reminded
• Keep your CRM, notes, and pipeline clean
• Notice when something is being missed and take action
• Follow a required sales process consistently, even when you are busy
• Communicate early when something is stuck
• Take feedback well and apply it quickly

We do not need a high-pressure salesperson. We need someone who can sell while protecting the customer relationship and making promises our operations team can actually execute.

What You’ll Own

New Sales

• Make sure promising leads do not disappear because nobody followed up
• Surface problems or missed opportunities early instead of waiting for a manager to find them

Sales-to-Operations Handoff

• Capture the details operations needs to successfully complete the job
• Follow our required call process and sales gates
• Never promise something you have not verified
• Leave clear notes so another team member can understand exactly what was agreed

Required Experience

We are looking for:

• Strong spoken English that U.S. customers can easily understand
• Comfortable working quickly across a CRM, calls/texts, Slack, and browser-based tools
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Full-time remote work experience preferred
• Reliable, interruption-free workspace during scheduled hours

Strong preference for candidates with experience in:

• residential cleaning
• home services
• property services
• moving
• HVAC
• plumbing
• pest control
• landscaping
• restoration
• other appointment-based consumer services

This Role Is Probably NOT a Fit If Your Experience Is Mainly:

• Customer service without sales responsibility
• Appointment setting without closing
• High-volume cold calling where you hand the lead to another closer
• Lead generation without owning the sale
• Script reading without discovery or objection handling

We value those backgrounds, but this particular opening requires someone who can personally drive a customer toward a booking.

Compensation & Growth

• Base: $1,200-$1,500/month, depending on experience and fit
• Performance-based bonus program
