PRIMO is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead to drive reliability, scalability, and security across our cloud environments. You will lead a hands-on team, coordinate incidents, and mentor four engineers while aligning infrastructure with security and IT policies.

You should have 4–6 years in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE, strong Linux/Windows administration, Terraform, containers (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and solid CI/CD experience. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or SRE.
• At least 1 year of experience leading people, projects, incidents, or on-call rotations.
• Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Solid Windows administration, security, and firewall knowledge.
• Hands-on production experience with a major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or an equivalent tool.
• Docker and hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management.
• Experience coordinating people or acting as a technical lead.
• Proven ability to perform in agile, fast-paced, and high-demand environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of software development principles and database management.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical implementation and troubleshooting across infrastructure, support, and cloud environments.
• Oversee IT support and infrastructure operations, analyzing current systems and assets to identify upgrade and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and support a team of approximately four people, prioritizing and distributing work, developing team members, and acting as a technical reference and mentor.
• Ensure information security compliance across infrastructure, systems, and operational practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to IT support policies.
• Own incident management, observability, and reliability practices, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution of production issues.
• Plan and align infrastructure decisions with broader technical and security requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) to support scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Develop and maintain IT support policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring alignment with the Technology department's strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT support and infrastructure.
• Partner with internal IT stakeholders to meet the company's objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead to lead our infrastructure and DevOps operations. This role is central to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud and technology environment - with strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Infrastructure as Code, Linux and Windows administration, and CI/CD and monitoring practices, and proven leadership coordinating technical teams in dynamic, high-demand environments.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong and hands-on IT professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE, including at least one year coordinating people, projects, incidents, or on-call rotations. You bring deep expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, containerization, and reliability practices, complemented by strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
