WSP COLOMBIA SAS is seeking a Project Coordinator - Indigenous Relations to support project planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational activities for the Indigenous Relations team. The role involves coordination of initiatives, data management, and collaboration across regions and sectors.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of project coordination experience, and strong proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, programs, or large-scale projects.
• Experience working with Indigenous communities, governments, or businesses is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Indigenous Relations projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, budgets, and dashboards.
• Track commitments, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and annual objectives.
• Support RAP and CCIB PAIR initiatives and related reporting.
