Job summary

WSP USA in Colombia is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for the Water & Wastewater team. You will support budgets, forecasts, and cost management across multiple projects and coordinate with finance and subconsultants.

The role requires strong Excel and Oracle ERP familiarity, plus English proficiency; you will monitor variances, prepare reports, and ensure timely billing while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Controls.
Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries is an asset.
Understanding of interdependencies within multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide Project Controls services to multiple project delivery teams and a variety of projects.
Consolidate and update forecasts through project completion.
Monitor earned value and identify variances.
Prepare and validate project reports for internal and external use.
Manage budgets, performance metrics, and change processes.
