Bush & Bush Law Group in Colombia seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals with case file management, document drafting, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in law or a related field and prior U.S. legal experience is preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential; proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.
• Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment preferred; personal injury experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files with easy access to documents.
• Assist with discovery by gathering and summarizing evidence and preparing binders.
• Maintain and monitor case calendars with deadlines and hearings.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and handle inquiries.
• Assist in preparing materials for trial and organize trial binders.
• Summarize basic legal research for attorneys.
