Bush & Bush Law Group in Bogotá seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support attorneys in personal injury and employment law matters. You will help draft pleadings, manage case files, and assist with trial preparations in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates have a U.S. legal background, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role offers meaningful work and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment required; personal injury preferred.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal research databases is a plus.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: draft and prepare pleadings, discovery demands, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: organize and maintain case files for easy access.
• Discovery Support: gather, summarize evidence, and create discovery binders.
• Calendar Management: track deadlines and hearings for the team.
• Client Communication: update clients on case progress and respond to inquiries.
• Trial Preparation: assemble exhibits and trial binders; support materials.
