We also offer a hiring service to place international workers with immigration lawyers and an answering service that answers the phone for lawyers 24/7.

Job Overview

We need an energetic individual to join a small, growing team of four and assist the owner in signing up more clients. This role involves high-volume outbound calling, prospecting, and scheduling appointments with immigration lawyers and the company owner to sell the services we offer.

Responsibilities

• Use a CRM to manage follow‑up tasks, take notes, and track sales metrics throughout the day.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
• Call law offices, knowing how to handle receptionists and gatekeepers.
• Research prospects before sales presentations.
• Message prospects on LinkedIn.
• Search the internet to find new prospects to reach.
• Handle rejection from prospects professionally.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Record all calls and provide call‑recording disclosures to callers.
• Participate in regular sales training and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

• Stable, reliable internet and power in your home.
• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam, headset with clear audio, and a quiet workspace.
• Upbeat attitude and stamina for a high‑volume call center role.
• Fully fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous call center or outbound sales experience preferred.
• Interest in working with and selling to professionals.
• Comfortable using a CRM system and managing sales data.

Compensation

Starting salary: $800 (base). Future opportunities to earn sales commissions and grow into a fully independent sales role.
