Mastercard seeks an Information Security Operations Analyst to join Corporate Security. The role focuses on end-to-end provisioning of access to systems and applications, automating access processes, and translating data into actionable insights for business decisions.

You will support IAM tools, engage with internal teams, and contribute to governance and certification efforts, maintaining strong security controls and enabling business performance.

Formación

• Basic to intermediate skills in Information Security.
• Intermediate strategic thoughtful risk taking experience.
• Intermediate analytical skills with large datasets and outlier detection.
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge in regulatory compliance (PCI, GLBA, SOX).
• Intermediate technical background (Windows, UNIX, Oracle) and basic network fundamentals.
• Strong organization, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage identity access queries and consulting services to internal business and application teams, including training.
• Support internal efforts and enhancements of Identity Access Management systems.
• Identify automation opportunities to deliver smarter identity access management services.
• Comply with documented processes and provide feedback for improvements.
• Challenge status-quo processes and identify ways to automate through implementation.
• Support annual certifications and governance reviews (e.g., transfers).
• Assist senior team members in voice-of-the-customer efforts to understand business needs.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure governance processes enabling least-privilege access.
